We follow a healthy and well-defined environment policy. This includes use of reusable packing materials.

Other salient features of this policy include

• All waste materials generated are disposed off in such a way that they do not constitute a hazard to the surrounding /    environment
• For saving trees, we use developed processes & systems where working documents are computer generated like e-mail / intranet, thus minimizing the use of paper.
• Use of paper shredding machines so that the shredded paper can then be used as packing material for fragile goods.
• Whenever possible, removals co-loaded with other consignments, thus reducing vehicle usage & pollution.

We require from clients:

We make sure that the necessary papers would be supplied by us and must be returned to us duly filled by owner/receiver of goods. These documents include :

• Inventory/packing list /Performa invoice

Warehousing Services

Baggage Shipping Storage: This covers storage of baggage if clients are not travelling to the destination immediately.

Packaging of Luggage

Some of the packaging facilities available with us include:

• Book Box cartons: For packing heavy items like books, albums, hand tools and others

Our Requirements from Clients

• Clients sending baggage must provide current and valid photographic ID at time of taking our services
• All the packages should be clearly labeled with destination address
• Lock & secure all of the packages at your end before handing it over to us
• Advise on exactly when you would be arriving at given destination.
  

Service Guidelines

Unless otherwise stated, the services are from airport to airport in which case clients have to arrange for customs clearance at destination.

A Word of Caution

• Clients must not pack any items considered as dangerous goods for air carriage. This conformation would be taken from you in writing.
• Heavy fines & prison sentences may be imposed if clients send dangerous goods by airfreight
  

Insurance

We offer different types of cover to choose from together with the premium charge:

Restricted Cover: This is the basic insurance for owner packed items covering physical loss or physical damage attributable to fire or explosion, vessel or craft being stranded, ground, sunk or capsized, overturning or derailment of land conveyance, collision or contact of vessel, craft or conveyance with any external object other than water, discharge of cargo at a port of distress or caused by:

Owner Packed: This is the basic insurance for owner packed items covering loss and theft but excluding damage and breakage. The charge is 2.5% of the declared value of the goods which includes our mediation fee of 1.6%

All Risks: This covers all goods that have been packed by us or our agents and includes loss, theft, damage and breakage. The charge is 3.5% of the declared value of the goods which includes our mediation fee of 1.75%

Additional Insurance: Under our Global Insurance cover, we can also transport High-Value consignments to various destinations "UPON REQUEST".
